A gastronomist by education, a chef by passion. After years of experience in the catering and production world, today he selects excellent products and is preparing to open his own farm with a kitchen.
Lancillotto Ragonese
Olive grower and EVO producer. Since 2016, he has led Tenute Ragonese, a project to restore and innovate an ancient family olive grove. He is a certified pruner, an oil taster, and manages a cutting-edge farm with 2,300 trees.
